Wyomind e-commerce à Nancy

Leurs modules sont très bon... Mais Ils m'ont vendu des modules avec mise à jour gratuite sur toute la durée de vie de Magento 2 (support non compris)... Et quelques mois après, ils changent les conditions en ajoutant legacy et master !!! Du coup, non compatible avec les dernières versions de PHP. Je vais surement déposer une plainte car ils ne veulent pas entendre raison.

Yet another company sacrificing their products to forced subscriptions just to make more money than they already do. At least be honest about it. Since the recent change to maximum 12 months updates, and the huge initial cost of their extensions, I'm giving up on wyomind. We'll begin immediate replacement of their modules, this is Magento not Woocommerce, I don't appreciate subscriptions on extensions that are costing 10 times more than WooCommerce equivalent ones. The subscription model isn't justified due to the high initial cost. If I want a subscription, I'll just go make a WooCommerce site instead of Magento 2. Stop breaking the ecosystem forcing users to custom code everything. We bought with marketed lifetime licenses where you buy support whenever you need it, and now we get 12 month upgrades at a whim. No thank you, never again with you guys. It's not that hard to make a name for yourself and then break it with one move. Trust is easy to earn, is really hard to maintain and is fragile. Luckily there are other companies still on normal path.

I've used Wyomind extensions since 2015. In my opinion Wyomind Data Feed Manager is a "Must have" for anyone who wants to export barcodes/product from Magento to other platforms. The support we received was extremely quick.

Change your support policy, it doesn't make any sense. I was just asking for a clarification on the extension functionality not asking you to fix something. I'm sure if I asked the same question in sales ticket you would have answered it, but never mind will stay away from you guys.

We are using several free and paid extensions from Wyomind and they work like charm. They are prompt to respond to the service ticket and installation is easy with composer. So far happy with Wyomind Cron Manager and other extensions.

Been their customer since 2015 and have their extension been using for original Magento 1, and now using for Magento 2. Their support is superior if we have any question, its like literally matter of few minutes for them to answer. I now been using their Bulk Import and Mass update products for our import needs, and for the front end we using Estimated Delivery date for Magento 2, Google Trusted Stores Badge extension, Google Product Reviews, and most important now we are using MSI Suite, that a MUST have Extension for anyone using multi Store setup and Multi Warehouse that missing from original out of the box Magento setup. Keep up the good work, and look forward to purchase more exciting new Extensions from them for backend and frontend management.
